摘要
偷渡是一种涉及全球的非法移民现象,其严重地扰乱了正常的国际交往规则和移民秩序,损害了国家主权、社会稳定和法制尊严,往往也会危及个人生命财产。文章主要阐述了我国公民偷越国(边)境犯罪的现状,分析了其产生的原因,并提出了相应的预防及惩治措施。
As a global phenomenon, sneak landing severely upsets normal international contact and immigration, impairs state sovereignty, social stability, dignity of legal system and usually endangers people＇s lives and property. This article mainly illustrates the criminal situation of Chinese citizens＇crossing the border stealthily, analyzes the causes and offers related measures of prevention and punishment.
