摘要
外滩中信城Ⅰ期工程塔楼是一幢带伸臂加强层的外框小内筒的超高层办公建筑,采用RC核心筒+SRC外周框架柱+S框架梁的钢-混凝土混合型框筒结构体系。本文详细介绍了其结构设计过程,针对工程的结构特点,从结构选型、计算参数取值、计算分析、超限处理等方面进行了详述。
The tower building of Zhongxin Waitan Shanghai is a super high-rise office building with outrigger fortified and a RC core tube ＋ SRC frame column ＋ S frame beam mixed frame-corewall structural system adopted. Focusing on its structural characteristics, from the aspects of struetural system selecting, determination of analysis parameter, structural calculation, disposal of situations beyond code limits, detailed description on its structural design is presented in this paper.
