摘要 该文结合吉林乾安油田、胜利桩74断块油藏的特点,研究了处于高、中、低含水期低渗透油藏的重复压裂技术。运用复压前的评估技术和水力裂缝的诊断技术,提出了第一次压裂裂缝失效的原因、潜力所在、改进途径,并以此提出提高复压效果所采取的高砂液比压裂技术路线;使用油藏模拟、水力裂缝模拟研究了含水率对复压后产油量和产水量增长幅度的影响及重复压裂设计;利用实验室试验研究并选择了适合两油藏的重复压裂材料系统;重复压裂技术现场试验8口井,取得了较好的效果。其中胜利油田三口井日增油28.6t,有效期延长124天。 According to the reservoir characteristics of Qianan oilfield in Jilin oilfield and fault block Zhuang 74 in Shengli oilfield, this paper researches the refracturing process for low permeability reservoirs in high, medium and low water cut periods respectively. Based on the evaluation of prerefracturing and hydraulic fracturing diagnosis technology, this paper presents the reason that why the fractures induced from the first fracture job become disfunctional, potential and improvement approach, a high sand ratio fracture process is put up to improve refracture effectiveness and a refracture material system suitable for the above mentioned reservoirs has been studied and selected through laboratory experiment. Field tests of the refracturing process have been conducted in 8 wells with good response being observed. Three of them are located in Shengli oilfield, of which the daily incremental oil production was 210.256 ton and the effective period of the tests lasted 124 days more.
