摘要
本文认为,"档案形成在前说"系列文章在论述其观点时大量原文引用专家、学者的观点和语句,造成了前后论述的矛盾,并从档案概念定义,档案实体所指,"档案形成在前说"与档案实际结合问题三方面指出了"档案形成在前说"存在的问题及需完善的地方。
we are convinced of the series of ＂Archives form before documents＂inconsistent because the author cited so many opinions and sentences,and point out the limitation and realizable improvement of ＂Archives before documents＂ in three views of the definition of archives,the signified of archival entity and archival actuality.
