摘要 通过研究搅拌加入粉末的动力学条件和保温搅拌均匀化的动力学影响因素,对搅拌铸造原位合成反应所需的搅拌器和搅拌设备进行了优化设计。改进了搅拌器的结构特点,重新设计了进料系统,使加入的粉料在Al熔体中分布更加均匀,生成的强化相也不易产生下沉偏析,得到的铝基复合材料组织更加均匀,晶粒细小,具有优良的力学性能。 Based on the study of the dynamics conditions and the dynamics influencing factors of stirring during adding powder into Al melt, the optimization design of stirring equipment for stirring casting in-situ synthesis reaction were carded out. The structure of the blender was improved and the feeding system was redesigned, which makes the powder in Al melt more uniformly distribute, and reduces the segregation of strengthening phase. The synthesis aluminum matrix composite has more evenly distributing microstructure, finer grain and excellent mechanical properties.
