摘要 顺铂是目前临床上常用的广谱高效抗癌药,但该药具有严重的耳不良反应,可造成双侧听力损失。本文就国内外近年对顺铂耳毒性的作用机制及其防护的研究进展予以综述。 Cisplatin is a broad spectrum and high effect anticarcinogen, which is widely used in clinic practice. However, side effects in ears always occur in many patients treated with cisplatin, which can result in bilateral hearing loss. This article summarized the research progress in mechanism and prevention of ototoxicity of cisplatin.
