摘要
大学生的就业工作已成为各高等院校的一项重要工作。高校思政教育要切实关注学生的就业问题,建立起推进就业工作的有效机制。构建以就业观念、就业道德、就业心理为核心的内容体系,以全程教育、全面教育、多样活动、社会实践、个别指导为主的途径机制,切实推进就业工作,帮助大学生健康成长与成功就业。
Graduate employment is one of the most important work in colleges and universities. Ideological-political Education should focus on the graduate employment, and construct an effective mechanism to achieve it. Ideological-political education should also construct a content system based on employment concept, employment morality and employment psychology to help students＇ healthy growth and successful job-hunting, by the means of diverse approaches： full-course education, comprehensive education, diversification of activities, social practice and individual instructing.
