摘要
以氯化镁及碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂,研究了模拟及城市生活废水除磷的影响因素。试验发现,介质的pH、沉淀剂用量、搅拌时间等都会影响除磷的效果,经单因素及多因素的正交试验发现,最佳的除磷条件为:pH为9.0~10.0、搅拌时间为5min和氯化镁的投入量为[Mg2+]/[P]=9。对于磷浓度为6.6mg·L-1与3.2mg·L-1的城市生活废水,经化学沉淀除磷处理后,废水中的磷浓度可以降低至1mg·L-1以下。
The wastewater containing phosphorous was treated by magnesium chloride and ammonium hydrogen carbonate for solving eutrophication of water body. Results showed that the removal efficiency of phosphate phosphorous in wastewater was connected with the Magnesium Chloride dose, the stirring time and the medium pH value. The optimized conditions were that the pH was between 9.0 and 10.0, the stirring time was more than 5 min and magnesium chloride dose (the Mg^2+/P tool ratios was equal to 9.0 ), the removal rate of phosphate reached more than 98% for simulated wastewater. Magnesium chloride was used as chemical precipitation regent to treat the city life wastewater, in which the concentration of phosphorous was between 3.2 mg·L^-1 and 6.6 mg·L^-1 the results showed that the concentration of phosphate phosphorous of wastewater was reducing to less than 1.0 mg·L^-1 after being treated.
