补肾调周法对多囊卵巢大鼠血清胰岛素和抵抗素的影响 被引量:2

Effects of the Method of Invigorating Kidney and Regulating Menstruation on Serum Insulin and Resistin Levels of Rats with Polycystic Ovary

摘要 目的:探讨补肾调周法(模拟大鼠动情周期序贯应用补肾Ⅰ号方和补肾Ⅱ号方)与单独应用补肾Ⅰ号方、补肾Ⅱ号方对多囊卵巢(PCO)大鼠糖代谢的作用机理。方法:采用孕激素加HCG建立PCO大鼠模型。用药16天后,检测体重,放射免疫法测定各组大鼠血清胰岛素含量,ELLSA法测定各组大鼠血清抵抗素,并对卵巢作病理组织学观察。结果:在降低体重及血清胰岛素、抵抗素方面,补肾调周组优于补肾Ⅰ号组、补肾2号组。补肾调周组、补肾Ⅰ号组、补肾Ⅱ号组与模型对照组比较,其颗粒细胞层数明显增多,黄体组织数量显著增加。结论:应用补肾调周法可对PCO大鼠糖代谢进行良性调节,这可能是临床治疗PCOS高胰岛素血症的机制之一。 Objective : To observe the effects and the mechanisms of the method of invigorating kidney and regulating menstruation (the cycle treatment with I and Ⅱ formula of invigorating kidney by simulating the estrus cycle of rats) on glycometabolism of PCO rats including the single treatment of I or Ⅱ formula of invigorating kidney. Methods : To induce as PCO models by pro- gesterone and HCG . After 16 days' treatments , body weight were detected, the serum insulin levels were detected by RIA, the serum resistin levels were detected by ELLSA in all rats, and the pathologic histological of ovarian were observed. Results : In reducing body weight, the serum levels of insulin and resistin, the group of invigorating kidney and regulating menstruation was superior to the group of I formula of invigorating kidney and the group of Ⅱ formula of invigorating kidney. Compared with the model control group, the layers of granular ceils and the number of corepus luteums significantly increased in the group of invigorating kidney and regulating menstruation, the group of I formula of invigorating kidney and the group of Ⅱ formula of invigorating kidney. Conclusion: The method of invigorating kidney and regulating menstruation could effectively regulate the glycometabolism of PCO rats, this may be one of the mechanisms of treating PCOS hyperinsulinemia in clinic.
