摘要
提出一种某型雷达高频参数自动测试系统,该系统硬件由计算机、GPIB卡和GPIB仪器等组成;软件采用模块化原则进行设计,分别应用LabWindows/CVI、Access和Visual C++6.0开发了主控系统和故障诊断系统。文中详细讲述了系统测试流程和故障诊断方法。该自动测试系统大大提高了设备测试的效率和可靠性。
An automatic test system for high frequency parameters of some radar is introduced in this paper. The hardware of this system consists of computer, GPIB card, GPIB instrument, etc. The software is designed with principle of modularization. The master control system and the fault diagnosis system are developed with LabWindows/CVI, Access and Visual C + + 6.0. Both the system test procedure and the method of fault diagnosis are particularly presented in this paper. This automatic test system can greatly improve the efficiency and reliability of equipment test.
