对统筹城乡教育综合改革试验的若干建议——基于试验区重庆之微观视角 被引量:5

摘要 在统筹城乡综合配套改革的立体视域中,通过统筹改革试验的本体之思科学厘定新一轮统筹改革试验的总体特征、发展内涵、预期走向、改革目标,从而有效指导综合试验下的诸要素统筹改革,立足于统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区——重庆的微观视野,从构建城乡良性互动的教育链、构建区域教育均衡配套发展格局、构建教育城乡统筹的保障体系三大角度,提出统筹城乡教育综合改革试验的若干建议,以期实现二元教育治理,推进教育统筹试验向纵深发展。 From the perspective of comprehensive reform in urban and rural areas, the characteristic, develop mental connation, expected trend, and reform aim of new comprehensive reform experiment are identified through the thought on the essence of comprehensive reform experiment, which effectively guides the compre hensive reform of elements in the comprehensive experiment. Based on the perspective of Chongqing experimental zone, some suggestions on the comprehensive education reform experiment in urban and rural areas are proposed from constructing the urban and rural interactive education chains, the balanced overall regional education development, and security system of overall education in urban and rural areas, hoping that these suggestions are helpful for realizing the binary educational governance and promoting the further development of comprehen sive education experiment.
