摘要
企业国际市场进入方式问题一直是国际商务领域的热点问题。在过去的20年中,交易成本方法一直是对外直接投资进入方式研究中应用最广泛的理论框架。20世纪90年代,跨国并购快速增长,出现了进入方式的组织能力视角,认为企业的进入方式选择不仅是交易成本的最小化,更需要考虑组织能力的最大化。本文论述了跨国企业进入方式理论范式的发展,并通过对海尔和联想进入方式的研究,为中国企业海外投资进入方式的选择提供了理论基础和实践指导。
In the field of international business,the question of international entry mode seems to have attracted most attention of researchers. In the past twenty years,transaction cost approach has been the most applied framework in selecting FDI entry mode. With the emergence of merger and acquisition as the major entry mode in the 1990s,the organizational capability perspective was introduced,which holds that the consideration of entry mode choice should not only minimize transaction cost but also maximize organizational capability.The paper first discusses the transformation of entry mode paradigm,and then applies TC and OC framework to study Haier and Lenovo's entry mode choice,and the conclusion is given at last to direct those Chinese enterprises in their entry mode selection.
