摘要
在供应者/消费者模式下,介绍了基于UDP/IP的UIIE网络协议的设计过程,包括数据报格式设计、数据报封装与解封、系统组态和UIIE程序设计.提出了工业以太网协议的性能评价方法,指出实时性是最重要的性能指标.通过模拟实验系统,进行了网络协议的实时性比较.实验结果表明,基于UDP/IP的UIIE网络协议比基于TCP/IP的通信协议具有更好的实时性,证明了UIIE网络协议的可行性和有效性.
In the mode of provider/consumer, the design process of the UIIE protocol based on UDP/IP protocol is presented, including datagram design, datagram encapsulation and unwrap, system configuration and UIIE program design. The performance evaluation methods of industrial EthemeI protocols are presented, in which real-time property is the most important performance. With the simulation experiment system, the realtime properties of different network protocols are compared. The experimental results indicate that the UDP/IP-based UIIE protocol is better in real-time property than the TCP/IP-based protocol, and the results also confirm the feasibility and validity of the proposed UIIE protocol.
