摘要
鉴于军事装备物流的发展现状和对地方物流资源的需求,面对地方物流资源在军事装备物流中的运用,建立一套科学的运用机制来规划、组织、管理和考核地方物流资源,以便于其在战时军事装备物流中发挥更大的保障效益。
Based on the current situation of military equipment logistics and the demand for social logistics resources, the paper proposes to build up a set of scientific application mechanism to plan, organize, manage and test the social logistics resources in order to ensure the resources to bring the greater support benefit into play in military equipment logistics during the war.
