慢病毒介导人脑源性神经营养因子与绿色荧光蛋白基因转染神经干细胞的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目前对神经干细胞的研究大多集中在诱导分化与移植领域,使用慢病毒载体,同时进行人脑源性神经营养因子(hBDNF)和绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)基因转染的研究报道尚少。我们构建hBDNF-GFP基因共表达慢病毒载体,包装病毒后转染脑源性NSCs,使之稳定表达具有生物学活性的hBDNF。
