摘要
电力载波通信是利用电力线作为信道进行信息传输的技术,本文通过对低压电力线信道特性的分析,提出了一种运用于钛精矿品位在线检测系统的低压电力线载波通信模块。该模块采用BPSK调制,有效的抑制了电力线上的噪声,提高了控制信号通信质量,保证了工业控制信号的准确,稳定。
Power line communication is the technique that transfers the information by the power line as the channel. After analyzing the channel characteristics of the power line, the low-voltage power line communication module which can be used in the on-line inspection system for titanium concentrate grade is provided. The module utilizes the way of BPSK to modulate the signal in order to inhibit all the kinds of noise in the power hne, improve the quality of the control signal communication, and ensure the accuration and stability of the control signal.
