摘要
研究了在外载荷作用下锥齿轮传动转子系统纵弯扭耦合振动的不平衡响应。建立了锥齿轮传动转子系统纵弯扭耦合振动的力学模型,通过作用在系统上不平衡量和不同外载荷,分析了由于纵弯扭耦合效应对不同转子之间不平衡响应的影响;讨论了外载荷的变化对不平衡响应的影响。结果表明外载荷会引起轴承特性的变化,从而影响系统的不平衡响应。
The unbalance of rotor is the main source of vibration in high-speed rotating bevel geared rotor system. The unbalanced responses of bevel geared rotor system under external torque in the coupled axial-lateral-torsional directions were studied. The coupled axial-lateral-torsional dynamic model of the system was established, the influence of unbalanced responses between the two rotors of the system was analyzed under the unbalance forces and different external torque, and the effects of different external torque were discussed. The results indicate that the external torque can modify the bearing characteristics and influence the unbalance response of the system.
