摘要
根据可靠性的定义,提出了磁性液体密封结构可靠性的概念。结合实际使用中较为典型的磁性液体密封结构,将磁性液体密封结构分解为相互独立的4个功能系统,建立了各个功能系统的失效模型,并提出了求取每个系统可靠度的方法。
The concept of reliability of magnetic fluid sealing structure was put forward according to the definition of reliability. The magnetic fluid sealing structure was decomposed of four independent function systems based on a typical structure in practical use. Failure model of each function system was established. The method of calculating reliability of each function system was obtained.
