摘要
目的:探讨慢性泪囊炎的手术方法、结果。方法:采用改良式泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎60例(61只眼)。结果:60例(61只眼)被确诊为慢性泪囊炎的患者采用本术式,术后流泪溢脓等症状明显改善,治愈率达95.08%,有效率达100%。结论:改良式泪囊鼻腔吻合术对治疗慢性泪囊炎是安全有效的。
Objective： To discuss operation methods and results of chronic dacryocystitis . Methods： Using modified dacryoeystorhinostomy （DCR） for the treatment of 60 cases of chronic dacryocystitis （61eyes）. Results： 60 patients （61 eyes） who were diagnosed with chronic dacryocystitis were treated with this technique. After the operation, symptoms like tears and pus overflows have been improved distinctively. The cure rate reaches 95. 08%, and effectiveness reaches 100%. Conclusion： modified dacryocystorhinostomy on the treatment of chronic dacryoey-stitis is safe and effective.
