氟离子导入治疗牙本质过敏症的临床疗效观察

摘要 目的:对比观察氟离子导入法和75%氟化钠甘油糊剂涂擦法治疗牙本质过敏的临床疗效。方法:312例牙本质过敏症共438个牙随机分为实验组和对照组。分别进行氟离子导入法和75%氟化钠甘油糊剂涂擦法脱敏。在统一标准下进行即刻和1个月、3个月后的疗效对照分析。结果:氟离子导入法后即刻、1个月和3个月有效率分别为89.95%、79.34%、69.43%;氟化钠甘油糊剂涂擦法分别为86.30%、53.14%、35.29%。两组即刻后有效率无显著差异,1个月和3个月有效率有显著差异。氟离子导入治疗牙本质过敏症明显优于氟化钠甘油糊剂涂擦法的脱敏效果。结论:氟离子导入治疗牙本质过敏症有较好的临床治疗效果。 Objective: To make a comparative study on the clinical efficacy of fluoride iontophoresis and 75% sodium fluoride glycerin paste for dentin hypersensitivity. Methods: 312 patients with dentin hypersensitivity,438 teeth, were divided into groups randomly. One group was given with fluoride iontophoresis, and the other with 75% sodium fluoride glycerin paste for dentin hypersensitivity.Instant,1 month postoperative,3 month postoperative efficacy comparison study was carried out in a same standard. Results: The effective rate of the group with fluoride iontophoresis were 89.95%,79.34% and 69.43%; The effective rate of the group with 75% sodium fluoride glycerin paste were86.30%,53.14% and 35.29%. There was not significant difference between groups in instant efficacy, but there was significant difference in 1 month and 3 mouth efficacy. Efficacy of fluoride iontophoresis was obviously better than sodium fluoride glycerin paste. Conclusion:fluoride iontoohoresis has clinical treatment efficacy for dentin hypersensitivity.
