摘要
麦芽酚生产过程的废液含碱式氯化镁,直接排放会造成环境污染及资源浪费。为减少环境污染和回收镁制备附加值高的氢氧化镁,研究将麦芽酚生产过程的含碱式氯化镁废液进行酸化、脱色精制处理后,采用氨法对其中的镁进行回收,生产氢氧化镁产品。采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线粉末衍射仪、比表面仪等对产品进行表征。结果表明:样品晶形发育完善,分散性好,颗粒形貌为具有一定厚度的片状。可以制备出附加值高的氢氧化镁产品,并且减少污染物的排放,实现变废为宝。
The waste liquor produced in maltol production process contains basic magnesium chloride, which can cause pollution and waste of resources in ease of direct emission. In order to reduce environmental pollution and to prepare high value - added magnesium hydroxide product, basic magnesium chloride - contained waste liquor of mahol production was acidified and decolorizated. Then magnesium in the waste liquor was recycled by ammonia method to produce magnesium hydroxide. The product was characterized by SEM, XRD, and specific surface area analyzer etc.. The results indicated that the sample was a little thick and lamella - like with perfect morphology and good dispersibility. This process made the waste into valuable product and reduced the emission of pollutants.
