利用Rank氧电极测定焦化废水Michaelis-Menten常数

摘要 在用生物降解法处理焦化废水的研究中。发现由于焦化废水成色物质成分复杂,难以做定性和定量分析。无法用通常的方法来测定菌种对其的k值。针对这种情况,文章提出了一种用Rank氧电极测定k值的新方法。其主要原理为:以氧气消耗速率来衡量反应速率,用底物的COD来衡量其浓度。该方法比较适用于当底物成分难以分析时的k值测定。本方法具有方便、快捷.微量化.灵敏度高等优点。 In a research of coking wastewater treatment with the biodegradation method, it was found that Michaelis-Menton constant Kr, was hardly to be determined with usual methods because of complicated composition in the wastewater. In order to solve this problem, a novel method to estimate the constant Km by using Rank oxygen electrode has been proposed. Its principle is to measure the reactive rate with oxygen consuming rate, and to determine the substrate content with COD concentration. This method adapts to determination of the Kr, for a substrate with uncertain composition, and is very convenient, quick, micro-quantifiable and with higher sensitivity.
