摘要
20世纪80年代以来,国际社会中非政府组织蓬勃发展。环境 NGO(环境保护非政府组织)成为国际环境保护领域中的一股新生力量。阐述了环境 NGO 的定义、属性及其发展过程。分析了环境 NGO 在国际环保领域所起的作用、前景。指出了环境 NGO对中国环境保护的启示作用。
Abstract Non-governmental organizations （NGOs） have been developing very fast in the international community since the 1980s. As one of the most important targets of those organizations, environment protection gains the recognition of the international community gradually. Environmental NGOs have been a newly emerging force in global environment protection. It was analysed starting with the basic conceptions why they appeared, how they were working in the field of global environment protection, and what was their foreground？ Finally, environmental NGOs suggested the role in environment protection in China.
