摘要
大模数齿轮铣刀刃形CAD/CAM中需要对刃形进行检测,保证渐开线刃形的准确。在铣刀刃形检测系统的运动控制中采用CNC技术控制测头/工作台沿理论刃形的加工轨迹运动;使传感器的量程减小,基本消除了传感器的量程和非线性误差提高了A/D转换的分辨率,从而保证了检测精度。论述了刀齿的理论模型和测头轨迹的计算及系统软/硬件的结构;阐述了软件编程和调用DLL进行I/O操作的思想。由于采用CNC技术控制测头运动,大大地提高了检测精度使系统的分辨率达到0.5μm。
Edge CAD/CAM of form cutter need edge checking to ensure the precision of form cutter for involute gear. The edge checking system makes use of CNC technology in the movement control of system to enhance the precision of edge checking. The calculation of theoretical tool path of detector and theoretical model of cutter edge are indicated. It discusses make up of hardware. The software of edge checking system was programmed in VB. Main program structure is discussed. The dynamic link library (DLL) was founded for I/O channel operating. By using CNC technology,the measurement accuracy is increased on a large scale,and its resolution is within 0.5μ m.
