摘要
针对数控车床加工切削仿真系统的开发,将几何仿真和物理仿真相结合,实现了刀具运动仿真、工件几何体形变仿真以及刀具温度分析、应力应变分析和工件受力变形分析的仿真,仿真结果显示出了仿真算法效率高、仿真结果合理、效果逼真,适合于对数控代码的验证和对操作者培训。
Base on the development of simulation of virtual NC lathe machining process and the integration of geometric simulation & physical simulation,all the simulation functions including tool moving, workpiece geometry shape change ,tool temerature analysie ,stress & strain analysis and workpiece pressure shape change could be realized. It's applicable verification for NC code and suitable traing for operators due to the efficient simulation arithmetic ,reasonable simulation result and realistic effect.
