摘要
对反击式破碎机进行实体建模,应用LS-DYNA对其工作过程进行仿真计算与分析,得到了在破碎过程中各部件的受力状态;主要碰撞点的各部件应力分布;分析了转子体三个不同部位在破碎过程的应力变化,得到了其应力变化曲线。其结果将为反击式破碎机结构设计和改进提供依据。
Based on the finite element dynamic model of the impacting system,the crashing force and the stress on the impacting crasher structure were calculated by LS-DYNA,contemporary,the stress of key points of impacting crasher were researched. Otherwise ,the stress tracks of the key points in the wheel were gained. The work of it is useful for the structure design of the impacting crasher.
