简要介绍灰色预测模型的数学原理、建模过程及各种检验,应用灰色预测模型对上海市浦东新区门诊总量进行预测并实施检验。
This paper introduees the mathematics principles on grey forecast model, the process of the model establishment, and testing of the model. It had been applied this model to forecast the total amount of outpatient in Pudong New Region as well as testing their effectiveness.
