摘要
目的探讨苯溴马隆与中药联用治疗高尿酸血症/痛风的临床疗效。方法对32例高尿酸血症痛风性关节症患者采用苯溴马隆片与中药联用的方法治疗。结果显效19例,好转10例,无效3例,总有效率90.63%。结论苯溴马隆与中药联合运用在控制高尿酸血症/痛风急性发作和减少胃肠道刺激副作用方面有独到之处,值得进一步推广应用。
Aim： To study clinical therapeutic effect of combination of benzbromarone and herbs in treating High Uric Acid Blood/gout. Method： 32 hyperuricemia and gouty arthritis patients were treated with combination of benzbromarone and herbs. Result： 19 were effective, 10 were improved, 3 were invalid, and total effective rate was 90.63 %. Conclusion ： Combination of benzbromarone and herbs can effectively control acute attack of hyperuricemia/gout and tremendously reduce side effect of gastrointestinal irritation. And it＇s worth while to be further introduced and used.
