突发公共卫生事件对社会危害很大,人们一直在努力探索如何有效地进行应对。社会动员是一种有效的应急手段,它可以将整个社会动员起来,充分利用全社会的力量和资源。文章通过对政治、经济、人力、信息和文化、物资等方面动员的系统阐述,详细说明了社会动员应当包括的内容,为应对突发公共卫生事件提供理论依据和指导。
As the public health emergencies are harmful to the society, people keep exploring effective methods to deal with them. And the social mobilization is an effective way, which can make full use of the resources of the whole society .The content of social mobilization, including political mobilization, economic mobilization, manpower mobilization, information and culture mobilization and material mobilization, have been illustrated to provide the academic basis and guidance for dealing with public health emergencies.
