稀土镝掺杂炭黑填充型粉末NR的硫化动力学模型

The kinetic model for vulcanization of powdered NR filled by dysprosium-modified carbon black

摘要 采用液相化学沉积法和凝聚共沉法制备稀土镝掺杂炭黑填充型粉末NR[P(NR/HAF-Dy)],在分析P(NR/HAF-Dy)硫化曲线的基础上,建立了不同稀土镝用量下胶料在硫化延迟阶段、硫化及硫化返原阶段的动力学模型。采用该动力学模型计算得到的拟合值与实测值吻合较好,说明该模型可以用来很好地模拟P(NR/HAF-Dy)在各个硫化温度下的硫化反应过程。 Dysprosium-modified carbon black filled powder NR[P(NR/HAF-Dy)] was prepared by liquid-phase chemical deposition and co-precipitation,and the kinetic models for the stages of scorch delay,curing and over-cure were proposed based on the curing curve of P(NR/HAF-Dy) compounds to describe the curing reactions of P(NR/HAF-Dy) compounds with different Dy addition level. Those kinetic models could be used to simulate the curing reaction of P(NR/HAF-Dy) under various temperatures.
