摘要
[目的]研究人工辅助光照对白肋烟生长发育的影响。[方法]以白肋烟品种9803为试材,在苗期设置3个水平的夜间人工光照处理,研究不同处理对白肋烟生长发育、烟叶化学成分及烟叶等级的影响。[结果]苗期夜间人工光照处理后,成苗叶片叶绿素a/b值由0.45上升到0.91~2.10;干物质积累增加,茎、根、叶干重分别增加了97%~106%,26%~102%和60%~77%。茎高增加了3.5~3.9 cm,茎直径增加了1.0~1.3 mm。不同时期的叶长、叶宽均大于对照,斩株时叶长增加2.6~3.7 cm,叶宽增加1.2~1.7 cm。生育期提前。上部烟叶烟碱含量降低0.48%,中部烟叶降低0.79%。烟叶产值增加了1095.0~2 388.0元/hm^2,上等烟比例提高了10~11个百分点。[结论]白肋烟苗期夜间人工光照处理可促进烟苗生长发育,提高烟叶质量。
[ Objective ] The study was to research the effect of artificial auxiliary illumination on growth and development of hurley tobacco. [ Method] With burley tobacco variety 9803 as tested material,3 levels of night artificial illumination were set up at seeding stage to study the effects of different treatments on growth and development, chemical components and grade of burley tobacco. [ Result] After night artificial illumination treatment at seeding stage, the ratio of chlorophyll a/b in developed seedling leaves was increased from 0.45 to 0.91 - 2.10, dry matter accumulation was increased, dry weight of stem, root and leaf were increased by 97% - 106% ,26% - 102% and 60% - 77% resp. stem height and stem diameter were increased by 3.5 - 3.9 cm and 1.0 - 1.3 mm resp. The leaf length and leaf width in different stage were all bigger than that of CK,and when the plant was cut off, the leaf length and leaf width were increased by 2.6-3.7 cm and 1.2- 1.7 cm resp. ,and the growth stage of tobacco advanced.The nicotine content in upper tobacco leaves was decreased by 0.48% ,and that in middle leaves decreased by 0,79% .The production value of tobacco was increased by 1 095.0- 2 388.0 yuan/hm^2 ,and fine tobacco ratio was increased by 10% - 11%. [ Conclusion] With treatment of night artificial illumination at burley tobacco seeding stage, the growth and development of tobacco seeding could be promoted and tobacco quality could be increased.
