摘要
近年来,随着分子生物学研究的进展,动物转基因技术得到了长足发展,基因转移的研究为鱼类遗传育种开辟了一条新的途径。阐述了转基因鱼的构建机理、方法及各自的优缺点。
In recent years, with the progress in mnleeular biology research, animal transgenic technology has made considerable progress. The research on gene transfer opened up a new way for fish breeding. The structure mechanism,methods and their respective advantages and disadvantages of transgenic fish were mainly expounded.
