摘要
针对质量对企业生存和发展的重要性,结合施工企业的生产经营实际,从提高员工队伍素质,推行全面质量管理,提高整体施工能力和水平等方面就施工企业如何加强质量管理进行了具体的论述。
In view of the importance of quality to the existence and development of enterprises, in this paper combined with practical production situations and affairs of business in construction enterprises the question that how to strengthen quality management in construction enterprises is discussed in order to carry out total quality control and increase the quality of staff as well as construction capacity and level of enterprises.
