摘要 针对我国现阶段R&D/GDP偏低的现实,探讨一种R&D/GDP投入绩效的解析模型.考虑到R&D过程实际上是一个不断学习的过程,以及技术创新的R&D学习效应,R&D投入过程即是"R&D学习"过程,通过这种学习方式,带来知识增加,进而促进生产产出,R&D投入对生产的贡献是一种知识贡献.在一系列假设前提条件下,给出了R&D/GDP的解析模型.依据模型分析,得出结论:较低的知识弹性系数(对应于知识的分配和使用效率)、较低的"R&D学习"效率(对应于知识生产效率)是我国当前R&D/GDP偏低的重要根源. It probes into an evaluation model of R&D/GDP input performance on the basis of the fact that the current R&D/GDP input performance is relatively lower in our country.Considering that the R&D is actually a continuous study process,as well as the R&D input study effect on the R&D process,the R&D input process should be regarded as a "R&D study" process,by which knowledge will be accumulated and thus the yield will be enlarged.The R&D input has a kind of contribution of knowledge to the production.With a series of assumptions,it puts forward the evaluation model of R&D input performance.Based on the model analysis,the conclusion can be drawn that the comparatively lower knowledge elasticity coefficient(corresponding to the distribution and usage efficiency of knowledge) and "R&D study" efficiency(corresponding to knowledge production efficiency) are two of the important causes of lower R&D/GDP in China.
