摘要
对超声波法提取铁线蕨中黄酮类化合物的工艺条件进行研究,得出最佳提取条件为:超声波处理5min后,以50%的乙醇作提取剂,按料液比1∶20,90℃下水浴提取1.5h,提取液总黄酮含量为6.30%。采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了铁线蕨中的6种微量元素的含量。结果表明:铁线蕨中钙、镁、锰、铁、锌、铜含量丰富,为铁线蕨的进一步研究和合理利用提供理论依据。
The extraction was studied of flavonoid compounds from Adiantam capiuarisveneris. The optimum condition was as follows: ultrasonicowave 5 min, alcohol concentration 50%, solid/liquid ratio 1 : 20, extraction time 1.5 h, temperature 90 ℃. Under this condition, the content of flavones is 6.30%. And the flavonoid compounds from Adiantam capiuarisveneris showed a high scavenging ability to hydroxyl radicals. And the contents of 6 trace elements were determined from Adiantam capiuarisveneris with atomic absorption spectrometry.. The results showed that Adiantam capiuarisveneris was full of Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe, Zn and Cu. And it wilt be helpful to the further studies.
