摘要
在 GTEM 室中用射频连续波对某导弹装备上的一块数字控制电路进行电磁辐照实验,在一定的场强下,产生控制信号的自激多谐振荡器受到了电磁干扰,主要表现为产生的方波控制信号占空比增大。分析了多谐振荡器受干扰的机理,用电路仿真软件对多谐振荡器受到的干扰进行了模拟,验证了对干扰机理的分析。
A digital control circuit of a missile equipment is radiated by continuous RF (radio frequency)wave in a GTEM cell. Under certain field intensity, the free-running multivibrator which is used to produce control signal is seriously interfered. It is showed that the duty ratio of rectangular wave signal has increased. The interference mechanism of a multivibrator is analyzed, and interference with a muhivibrator is simulated by using a circuit simulation soft. Finally, the interference mechanism analysis is verified.
