湖南近现代人才辈出,"黎氏八俊"即为其中人才奇观之一。"黎氏八俊"成才有家庭因素的影响,也是近现代中西文化风云际会下湖湘文化发展的产物。在"黎氏八俊"身上,我们能够鲜明地看到近现代湖湘文化的精神特质:兼容并收、经世致用、主新求变。这也是近现代湖湘文化之所以流光溢彩、绚丽夺目的重要原因。
Hunan teems with talents, ＂8 Talented Brothers in Li Family＂ is one of the cases. The success of eight brothers come from family influence and Huxiang cultural development. From the eight brothers, we may see spirit features of Huxiang culture： all-embracing, pragmatical, change-seeking. This is why Huxiang culture enjoys glamour.
