摘要
西北各省区信息化发展水平在全国范围来看相对偏低。文章对近十年(1998-2007)来有关西北各省区信息化研究的论文,从分布的年代、数量、内容等方面进行了深入细致的统计分析,认为西北各省区信息化研究存在着研究分布不均、研究内容不够深入、某些研究领域薄弱三方面的不足。同时认为,今后西北各省区信息化与西北各省区经济、城市发展研究将会继续升温和深入,信息化水平测度及标准化将会成为热点和难点,信息资源开发及其配置、信息化推广研究将会进一步拓展和重视。
Based on the deep and detailed statistic analysis of essays on the informationization research in provinces and regions of northwestern region from the angles of distributed years, amount and content, it is thought that there are three aspects of deficiency in informationization research of this region, which in- elude the non - uniform research distribution, non - deepgoing research content and the weakness of some research fields. Meanwhile it is concluded that the research about the informationization, economy and city development in provinces and regions of northwestern region will become more popular and deep-going in the future, and that measuring degree and standard of informationization level will become hot topic and difficult point, and the research on the exploitation and allocation of information resource and information popularizaition will be further developed and attached the importance to.
