摘要
目的:探讨食管异物穿孔X线与CT表现及应用价值。方法:回顾性分析13例经手术和内镜证实的食管异物穿孔的CT及X线表现。结果:CT表现:异物突出食管腔外3例,突入气管内2例,斑片状造影剂影13例。结论:食管异物容易损伤合并穿孔并穿破食管形成气管或纵隔瘘,CT检查有利于观察食管壁的完整性及连续性,还可以观察邻近组织、气管及纵隔情况,在食管异物穿孔的定位、定性诊断方面准确性高,常规CT薄层扫描在食管异物穿孔中具有重要作用。
Objective： To evaluate the application and findings of X - Ray and CT plain scan in diagnosis of foreign body with perforation in the esophagus. Methods：13 cases with foreign body with perforation in the esophagus confirmed by surgery and endoscope in this study underwent X - Ray and CT plain scan, and thin layer CT scan was added as needed CT findings were analyzed. Resuits： CT findings： foreign body perforate intraluminal of the esophagus in 3 cases, intrude intraluminal of the trachea in 2 cases, patchy contrast medium shadow in 13 cases. Conclusions： Foreign body in the esophagus may injure and perforate the esophagus, result in the tracheal fistula or mediastinal fistula, CT can easily show the continuation of the esophagus, and show adjacent tissue, trachea and mediastinum. The accuracy of categorization and location of the foreign body with perforation of the esophagus by CT is higher. Plain CT scan and thin layer CT scan is of significant value in diagnosis of foreign body with perforation in the esophagus.
