摘要
论述了石油企业物流的特点,以及建立物流基地的必要性。结合油气田物资需求特点,对油气田物流基地在规划设计中的几个关键问题进行了分析和研究,提出了在基地选址、确定基地规模、存储面积、基地布局、仓储设备等方面的规划思路和方法。
The characteristics of logistics in the petroleum enterprises and the necessity of logistics base establishment were described. According to the characteristics of material requirements in the oil and gas fields,several key issues in the planning and engineering of logistics base were analyzed. The planning principles and methods in site selection,handling capacity,storage area,general layout,and storage facilities were put forward.
