摘要
绩效管理作为一种管理工具,是组织进行有效资源配置的一个重要手段,主要体现在管理的制度层面;价值评价作为一种重要的管理哲学和管理思想,对制度管理有深刻的影响,但它依赖于制度管理而得以实现,主要体现在管理的文化层面。
Performance management, as a management tool, is an effective means to organization to allocate its resources, which mainly functions in the level of system management. Value evaluation, as an important management philosophy and management thinking, has a profound impact on system management, and also depends on system manage- ment to achieve, which mainly functions in the level of culture management. This paper from the perspective of administration, is trying to have a comparison demonstration on both of their concepts, characteristics, relationships, meanings, operability.
