摘要
本文基于新城区的特点,将公交枢纽导向发展理念引入新城区土地利用模式中,提出了新城区交通与土地协调发展的规划思路,探讨了枢纽区域宏观布局、微观选址的规划方法。并对枢纽区域的土地利用模式提出了新的思路。研究结果表明:基于公交枢纽导向发展模式的规划方法是新城区土地利用规划的一种理想模式。
Based on the characteristics of new urban area, a public transit hub-oriented development idea is introduced into the land use mode of new urban area. The paper puts forward a planning thinking for the harmonious development of new urban traffic and land use, and discusses the method of macroscopic layout and microcosmic location in public transportation hub zones. Some new ideas are also presented concerning the land use model. The study shows that the planning based on public transportation hub-oriented development mode is an ideal mode for the land use planning of new urban area.
