摘要
四川瓦屋山水电站大坝左岸无压泄洪洞断面尺寸、泄洪流速流量均较大。底板和直墙为高强抗冲耐磨硅粉混凝土,其缺陷处理技术要求较高和难度较大。其缺陷处理中采用了新型材料如丙乳硅粉水泥砂浆、丙乳硅粉胶泥、预缩硅粉水泥砂浆等,并严格施工工艺和质量控制,取得了良好效果。
The cross-section dimension, velocity and flow rate of the free-flow discharge tunnel at left bank of dam for Wawushan Hydropower Station in Sichuan Province are relatively larger. As the bottom slab and vertical walls of the tunnel are constructed with high anti-abrasion silica powder concrete, the concrete defects are treated with higher technical requirement under larger difficulty. In this case, the new construction materials such as acrylic-emulsion cement mortar, puddle mixed with silica powder, pre-reduction silica powder cement mortar etc. are applied to the treatment of the defects with strict construction technology and quality control, and then better concrete mending effect is obtained as well.
