摘要
高等学校具有丰富的智力和技术资源,不仅是知识传播和创新人才培养的基地,也是国家知识创新和技术创新的重要基地和生力军。陕西科技大学在强化知识产权保护意识、规范知识产权管理等方面已有了长足的进步,通过广泛宣传、大力提倡和政策导向,知识产权保护意识已逐渐深入人心。在实践中,逐渐形成了一套科学的管理模式和激励政策,提高了知识产权的管理水平,激发了广大科技人员的创新意识和申报专利的积极性,促进了科技成果的快速转化。
Colleges and universities, with their adequate intellectuals and technique resources, are not only a base to spreading knowledge and to cultivate creative talents, but also a base for innovation of national knowledge and technology. Shaanxi University of Science and Technology has been making great efforts to enhance intellectual property sense of all staff and to regulate the related administration, and gained considerable progress. The conception of intellectual property, by extensive and continuous promotion and policy guidance, has been rooted into the hearts of all faculties day by day. Scientific management pattern and incentive policy have brought management improvement, which stimulates every researcher to bear innovative consciousness on mind and to apply for patents actively. All the work helps increase the achievement transformation of scientific research.
