摘要
在对水稻间歇式顺流干燥工艺的试验研究中,借助于自行研制的顺流干燥试验台,采用二次旋转正交组合试验设计方案,研究了热风温度、表现风速、干燥时间、谷层厚度四因素对单位热耗、最终水分、爆腰率增值、小时去水量、小时降水率、干燥强度等性能指标的影响,建立了描述稻谷间歇式顺流干燥工艺的数学模型;用图形法分析干燥工艺参数对主要性能指标的影响。试验表明,间歇式顺流干燥工艺具有干燥均匀、能耗低、烘后粮食品质好等优点。
