摘要
针对钳式吊主钩控制系统存在的问题,介绍了预估控制算法及模型,即在抱闸打开之前控制器先输出一个力矩,避免抱闸打开后由于重力引起突然下坠对机械冲击,在实验取得满意的控制效果后将其应用于钳式吊主钩系统,解决了因冲击引起的机械连接部件经常断裂的问题,降低了机械损耗及故障率,实现了柔性换向,取得了良好的控制效果。
Aiming at the problem existed in main hook control system of tong crane, the predictive control arithmetic and model was introduced. The controller exported a moment before open brake to avoid mechanism concussion by suddenly fall besause of gravity after open brake, after it gain a satisfying control effect of experimentation ,apply it to main hook system of tong crane. The result shows that the application of predictive control in tong crane system resolved the frequent rack problem of bindiny mechanism due to the great concussion, reduced the mechanical loss and failure rate, realized the flexible reversal and presented good control effect.
