摘要
高校图书馆文献资源丰富,并且拥有高质量的专业人才和较为齐全的硬件设施,在建立地方文献数据库方面有着得天独厚的有利条件。高校图书馆建立地方特色文献数据库,不仅对当地经济文化建设和高校教学科研活动都有重要作用,而且可以对学生素质教育产生较强的引导作用。
College libraries have rich-documentation recourses, many high-quality professional talents and abundant hardware equipments, all of which are naturally-endowed advantages in building up the documentary database with local characteristics. If college libraries build up documentary database with local characteristics, not only will it contribute to the development of local economy and culture as well as to the teaching and research activities in the university, but also it can play a leading role in the development of quality education.
