荧光假单菌菌株7-5对烟草炭疽病菌抑制作用的研究 被引量:7

摘要 从烟草根际分离的荧光假单胞菌7-5菌株,在室内条件下对烟草炭疽病菌进行生物拮抗性测定。结果表明,荧光假单胞菌7-5菌株对烟草炭疽病菌有较强的拮抗作用,使培养中的烟草炭疽病菌的菌丝出现菌丝壁溃解、细胞质浓缩、菌丝扭曲变形,同时还发现烟草炭疽病病菌孢子萌发受到抑制。
