摘要
目的引进企业5S管理法(整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养),提高五官科门诊管理质量,推进护理管理科学化、规范化。方法引进5S管理理念法前和半年后,分别对五官科门诊各科室护理人员素质、物品放置标准化率、物品取放流程率、器械、设备维修率进行评价,并比较差异。结果诊室物品放置标准化率由推行前的76.62%上升到94.62%;物品取放流程效率由推行前的77.84%上升到93.35%;器械、设备维修率由推行前38.97%下降到19.98%(P<0.05);护理人员素养也明显提高。结论5S管理理念的运用,能有效促进了五官科门诊的管理,提高了护理人员素养。
Objective To introduce 5 s enterprise management in order to improve the administration quality of five organ out - patient department and promote scientific and standardized management. Methods The differences in quality of health care, standardized setting of goods, the rate - flow rate for goods ,and equipment maintenance rate were evaluated and compared in these departments before and six months after the introduction of this concept of management. Results After implementation of these methods for management, the rate of standardization increased from 85.42 % to 94.62% , the rate of articles efficient release raised from 79.84% to 93.35%, the rate of maintenance of equipment decreased from 28.97% to 19.98% ( P 〈 0.05 ) and the quality of nursing staffs had been significantly improved. Conclusion The application of 5s manage- ment concept can effectively promote the quality of administration in five -organ out- patient department, and it may also improve the quality of nursing staffs.
