摘要 目的:探讨AF系统治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床效果。方法:对应用AF系统治疗的94例胸腰椎骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组病例手术均成功,术后伤口均一期愈合,无伤口感染,无脑脊液漏。经过6~10个月随访,术后伤椎椎体前缘高度为(95.21±2.53)%。椎体后缘高度为(96.32±1.52)%。术后脊椎后凸Cobb's角为7.51°±2.37°。术后神经功能都有不同程度的恢复。结论: AF系统内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折安全有效。 Objective: To study the clinical effect of AF system in treatment of fracture of thoracolumbar vertebra. Method: The clinical data of 94 cases with fracture of thoralumbar vertebra treated with AF system were retrospectively analysed. Results: All the cases operation were successful, and the operation wounds were all primary haling without infection and leakage of cerebrospinal fluid with six to ten months follow-up, the height of anterior border of injury centrum was (95.21±2.53)%, and that of posterior border was (96.32±1.53)%. After the treatment, the post convex of cobb's comu was (7.51±2.37)°. The function of nervous system had been recovered in different degree.Conclusions: It was safe and effective to treat the fracture of thoracolumbar vertebra with AF system interal fixation.
